A 20,500-square-foot medical office building in Fort Lauderdale fetched $5.6 Million, or $273 a square foot.
Camelot of Miami LLC bought 4750 N. Federal Highway from 4750 LLC. Rick Bonvie, owner of Bonvie Realty & Development, represented the seller.
